SSS Pension Calculator
Estimate your monthly SSS retirement pension from your average salary credit and years of service.
Estimate your SSS pension
| Formula 1 (₱300 + 20% + 2%/yr) | |
| Formula 2 (40% of AMSC) | |
| Formula 3 (minimum pension) | |
| Basic pension (highest) | |
| + Additional benefit | |
| Monthly pension |
Estimate using the SSS formulas — your pension is the highest of three formulas, plus a ₱1,000 additional benefit. A monthly pension requires at least 120 contributions (~10 years); with fewer, you'd receive a lump sum instead. A 13th-month pension is also paid every December. Confirm with the official My.SSS retirement calculator.
How the SSS pension is computed
Your basic pension is the highest of these three formulas, based on your Average Monthly Salary Credit (AMSC) and Credited Years of Service (CYS):
- ₱300 + 20% × AMSC + 2% × AMSC × (CYS − 10)
- 40% × AMSC
- Minimum: ₱1,200 (10+ years) or ₱2,400 (20+ years)
A flat ₱1,000 additional benefit is added on top, and a 13th-month pension is paid every December.
Who qualifies
You need at least 120 monthly contributions (~10 years) to get a monthly pension; with fewer, you receive a lump sum. Optional retirement is at age 60 (if separated from work), or 65 (technical).
